Ingredients:

  • (For 4 people)
  • 100gr de frisuelos
  • 100gr of lentils
  • 100gr of beans
  • 200gr of rice
  • 150g of green beans
  • 1 tomato
  • Chards
  • 2 artichokes
  • 1 turnip
  • 2 carrots
  • 2-3 potatoes
  • peppers

Preparation:

  1. We put the legumes in water the night before. Bring all the legumes to a boil and add the vegetables when they have been boiling for 30-40 minutes.
  2. In a frying pan, fry the tomato together with the paprika and add to the pot.
  3. Add the rice and keep for at least 20 minutes.
