Ingredients:

  • (For 4 people)
  • 1 ñora
  • 1 tomato
  • garlics
  • Cumin
  • ground pepper
  • Boiled eggs
  • Potatoes

CALDO COLORAO

Preparation:

  1. Put the potatoes in a pot with water, when it starts to boil add the ñora and the tomato (previously roasted)
  2. We make a minced of garlic, cumin and ground pepper that we add to the pot. When the stew is boiling, cut the hard-boiled eggs and add them.
