  1. We rub the wheat dry so that the grain is well cleaned.

  3. In a saucepan we put it to boil for 10-15 minutes and skim it.
  4. We remove this water.
  5. We add new water and put the chickpeas, vegetables, potatoes and wheat.
  6. Sauté the onion and ground pepper. We add it to the pot and wait for about an hour.
