Fennel stew

Ingredients:

  • (For 4 people)
  • Potatoes
  • Fennel
  • Onion
  • ground pepper
  • Garlic
  • Cod

Preparation:

  1. Cut the fennels and fry them together with an onion, when it is almost done add ground pepper.
  2. We put this sauce in a pot together with water and some potatoes, we leave it cooking. Chop a few cloves of garlic and add the cod.
