Ingredients:

  • (For 4 people)
  • artichokes
  • Broad beans
  • Egg
  • Bread
  • ground pepper
  • Tomato
  • Saffron
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Garlic

Preparation:

  1. Sauté the artichoke and beans. We add grated tomato, we put a little ground pepper and salt.
  2. In a pot we put the sofrito and water, let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Mince garlic and cumin and add to the pot.
  4. We put 4 eggs (one per person) in the pot and finally we cut very thin bread (we can fry this bread or not) and put it in the pot.
