  • (for 4 people)

  • 1/4 flour
  • 1 piece of sausage

  1. The beans are peeled and shelled.
  2. The artichokes are cleaned by dividing into 4 pieces.
  3. The broad beans, the artichokes, the sausage and the tomato are fried.
  4. When it is well fried, add water, salt and saffron, letting it boil for about 15 minutes.
  5. In a separate saucepan put 2 glasses of water and undo the flour without making lumps. This mass is added to the pan where the sofrito is boiling. Stir little by little until it thickens.
