  • 1/4 artichokes
  • 1/4 beans
  • 1 turnip
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 leaf of Swiss chard
  • 1 bag of cucorrones
  • 1 small can of chickpeas
  • Saffron
  • Peppermint
  • Some flour



  1. In a pot, heat a little oil and fry a tomato, a little ground pepper and a small spoonful of flour, add water to the pot and let it boil.
  2. Later we put the washed and chopped vegetables, cover the pot and let it boil for about half an hour (pot soon).
  3. We open the pot and add the spices (saffron, salt and mint)
  4. Let it boil a little and add the cucorrones to cook for 2 minutes.
