  • (For 4 people)
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 spring onion
  • 100g of flour
  • 100gr of ham
  • Egg
  • Bread crumbs

Croquetas de jamon


  1. Cut the ham into small pieces.
  2. Sauté the onion cut into small pieces.
  3. Sauté the ham together with the spring onion.
  4. Pour 4 tablespoons of flour into the sauce, add milk continuously until the dough hardens.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Make the croquettes giving them the desired shape, dip them in beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
  7. Put oil in a pan to heat, when the oil is hot we make the croquettes.
