- (For 4 people)
- 200 grams of chickpeas
- 250 grams of potatoes
- 100gr of green beans
- 1 onion
- 1 parsnip
- 8 onion blood sausages
- sweet paprika
- Put a liter of water in a pot with a little oil and salt, add the chickpeas (which will have been in water since the night before), the potatoes, the celery and the beans.
- We fry the parsnip separately, when it is golden we take it off the heat and add the sweet paprika (it is important to do it off the heat, because the paprika burns) we now add the parsnip to the pot along with the rest of the ingredients.
- When the vegetables are boiling, add the black pudding (previously prick them with a fork) and the bacon.
- Close the pot and let it cook over low heat.
