  • 1/2 kg of bread
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 150g of chorizo
  • 150 g of pancetta
  • Oil

  1. We fry the chorizo and the bacon.
  2. Remove and in the same pan fry the garlic.
  3. We wet and drain the bread well, crumble it and put it in the pan along with the garlic. When the bread is golden brown, add the chorizo and bacon.
  4. We mix everything well for a couple of minutes and it's ready to eat.
