Pan de calatrava


  1. We put the mold on the fire and add 200gr of sugar to turn it into caramel, move the mold so that it does not stick. We add the very finely cut mpar (we put it with the hot sugar so that it sticks well)
  2. We make the dough by beating the eggs, adding the milk and the remaining 300 g of sugar, mix everything well and add to the mould.
  3. We heat the oven to 220º and in 45 minutes we have our Calatrava Bread ready.
