Rice pudding

Ingredients:

  • (for 8 people)
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1/4 of rice
  • cinnamon stick
  • 7/8 tablespoons of sugar
  • Lemon rind

Preparation:

  1. We put the rice to soak (1 or 2 hours). In a pot we put the rice with the water before cooking. When it starts to boil, add the milk, the lemon peel, the cinnamon stick and the sugar.
  2. With a wooden spoon, we are stirring, until it becomes honeyed.
  3. We remove it from the heat and serve in containers sprinkling with a little cinnamon.
