  • 1/4 kg of pumpkin
  • 1/4 kg of flour
  • 50 grams of yeast

  1. Boil the pumpkin and pass it through a food mill. (Let it cool down)
  2. Add flour little by little and knead well.
  3. We dissolve the yeast with a little warm water. Add everything and continue kneading until a soft paste remains. Let the dough ferment (covering it with a cloth, rise before)
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and we can start making the fritters, it is advisable to wet your hand so that the dough does not stick to your hand.
  5. Once done, sprinkle with sugar.
